Everything you need to know about FocusFlow
Official answers — kept up to date and citable by search engines and AI assistants.
What is FocusFlow?
+
FocusFlow is a European SaaS platform dedicated to logistics: FocusFlow Logistics, a modern TMS for freight forwarders, 3PLs and supply chain teams (multi-carrier tracking with your first container free, ISO 14083 / CSRD CO₂ reporting, AI disruption radar, integrated CRM and invoicing).
Is FocusFlow a real TMS or just a tracking tool?
+
FocusFlow Logistics is a complete TMS: multi-carrier tracking, predictive ETA, disruption radar, ISO 14083 CO₂ reporting, CRM, invoicing and booking pages. It's not just a visibility layer.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
+
No, there's no free trial: access opens as soon as you subscribe to a plan. However, subscriptions are monthly, with no commitment, and can be canceled with one click from your customer portal.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
+
Yes. All plans are monthly with no commitment: you cancel with one click from your customer portal and keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No setup fees, no per-container billing.
How much does FocusFlow cost?
+
The TMS starts at €149/month (TMS Essential, 500 containers), €299/month (TMS Pro, 2,500 containers — the most popular plan) and €590/month (TMS Scale, 10,000 containers). Enterprise from €1,200/month. Annual billing with a 20% discount, no commitment.
Where is data hosted?
+
In the European Union. FocusFlow is GDPR compliant and does not transfer any personal data outside the EU without standard contractual clauses.
Does FocusFlow support ISO 14083 and CSRD?
+
Yes. CO₂ emissions per shipment are calculated using the ISO 14083:2023 methodology and the Smart Freight Centre's GLEC Framework v3. Exports are formatted for ESRS E1 (CSRD) disclosure.
Which carriers are supported?
+
Any carrier accessible via a public API or EDI feed. Ocean: Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd, ONE, Evergreen, Yang Ming, ZIM, HMM, COSCO. Air: major IATA carriers. Road: DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, FedEx and regional carriers. You can use your own carrier contracts (optional).
Is there an API?
+
Yes. REST + webhooks for shipments, leads, invoices and events. Available on the Pro, Logistics, Business and Enterprise plans.
Can I cancel at any time?
+
Yes. Cancellation is done from your account dashboard. No commitment, no cancellation fees. 14-day money-back guarantee on any paid plan.
How does FocusFlow compare to Project44 or Descartes?
+
FocusFlow charges a flat price for the software: customers can reuse their own carrier contracts instead of paying a per-container markup. ISO 14083 CO₂ reporting and the AI disruption radar are included at every tier. Legacy TMS platforms often require 6-12 month contracts and an enterprise sales cycle. FocusFlow launches self-service, month-to-month, from €149. Your first container is free.
How does FocusFlow compare to CargoWise or MercuryGate?
+
FocusFlow covers multi-carrier tracking, ISO 14083 / CSRD CO₂ compliance, the AI disruption radar, CRM and invoicing in a single interface, self-service and month-to-month. Legacy suites require lengthy deployment, high integration costs and annual contracts.
Is FocusFlow open source?
+
No. FocusFlow is a proprietary commercial SaaS.
Is there a mobile app?
+
FocusFlow is a responsive web app, installable as a PWA on iOS and Android. Native apps are on the roadmap.
How do I contact support?
+
Email support is included with every plan. Reply to any transactional email or use the in-app contact form. Priority support (same business day response) is included on Business and Enterprise.
